My name is Johanna. I am 24 years old and I have three kids with one being a 3 week old. I go to school at the University of Phoenix. My hope is that I can lose all of my excess weight by Spring of 2013. Four years ago I dropped my weight from 200 lbs to 150 lbs. Amost all of that weight has crept back on me. I want to lose weight to feel better about myself. My goals are as follows:

175 lbs - Reached August 20th, 2010
160 lbs - Reached August 14th, 2012
145 lbs
130-135 lbs

*UPDATE* Its been 11 years since I was dieting using this app. I am now 35 and unfortunately all my weight plus 20 more have come back. My husband and I now have 4 children and I never could lose the last baby weight. I kind of fell into a depression the last few years (many reasons) and had let my weight get out of control. I had yo-yoed a few times over the years but would always stop when I couldn't see results fast enough. I have been on my latest lifestyle change for nearly a month now. I cant see much change, but my family says they can see it. I am now trying intermittent fasting 18:6 and I have done a couple 3 day water fasts. I currently weigh 209 and I am still hoping to get down to 135lbs or at least 140lbs.

Anyone Fall off the wagon and lose track of how long it was?
I didn't realize it has been almost 3 months since my last weigh-in... I fell off the wagon to give my body a rest because I wasn't losing any weight... I was stuck at 174 for 3 weeks and it was bugging me and I heard that if you stop for a while it would send your body into confusion. Has anyone else had this problem and did they start losing weight normally after the break?

Thank you Kimeree!!! This is my progress picture after 16 pounds. It may not look like much but I can see a difference. I used to wear a size 14/16 but the pants I am wearing in this photo is a size 11!

Can weight loss change your personality?
I don't know, yes exercise creates endorphines which make you happy. I on the other hand have been kinda moody since I have changed my lifestyle.

Losing Slow But Making It Stay Off!!!
yea, I blame it on the first week, tons of water weight came off, almost 7 pounds. It is slow and draggin ass but it is said that it is easier to keep the weight off afterwards when it comes off very slow lol.
