I used to be a size age 13 - 14 before I had my son, I know I will never get back to being 48kg as I used to be too skinny. I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin again. I hate the tummy I have, I hate my huge ass and I hate all the flab and love handles. I am currently between a 38 and 36. I do not feel good in anything I wear.
I have a problem when it comes to sweet things, not so much food. I can go without food as long as I have sweets and chocolates. That is the hardest thing for me to stay away from.
I am trying to eat clean, no sweets, no chips, no chocolates and so far that is the hardest part for me.
