I am a 30yr old woman who lives in Ontario Canada close to Niagara Falls.
I have a 10 year old son who is the highlight of my life, you couldn't ask for a better kid...and that's why i only have one ... there is no way you can get that lucky twice;)
My partner and I have been together for 4years our baby is our BBQ company we started last year...its not the healthiest food but it is fresh, homemade smoked BBQ meat- chicken, pulled pork, ribs all with homemade BBQ sauces that are an excellent treat!
I work out 4-6 times a week at an all womens studio doing weight/resistance training...i love it!! i went from a size 16 to a size 10 in 5 months.

Can't seem to lose any weight!?!
Eat often and choose healthy simple choices.
I found it helps if i make a list of foods i like to eat and start there then eating every 2.5- 3hrs will keep your metabolism up.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Since i started my journey i have only weighted in 3 times ... i do what is right most of the time (eat healthy, drink water, exercise etc (except last sunday..oops, but back on track) then when i feel i have reached a new level i will jump on the scale...every couple months works best for me.
