Mom to 3 of the best kids in the world!!. I used to be bulimic but now I just have a problem with the binging.... Naturally I am class 1 obese now. Yikes!!! I have done a lot of research and it's like an addiction to sugar. Come to find out there is some science to the effects sugar has on your brain similar to the effects that drugs do. That being said, I am cutting out the carbs in order to be successful. Once I get my appetite under control I will decide from there where to go. I am excited at the idea of having my life under control because I really do think this is effecting every aspect of my life.

No longer do I binge! No longer am I obese! No longer am I married! Still a mom to the three best kids in the world!
