Eating/Exercising Times
Does it make a differnce at what time I eat and exercise? For example, if I eat right after exercising will it be more beneficial than exercising and then waiting a while after eating? Also, does it matter if I eat and then immediately exercise or wait a while before exercising? (Besides from getting sick from eating and then working out)
