I’m so nervous for the holidays. I finally got my leave chit approved and I start leave tomorrow, but my husband gets back from fast cruise in a couple days so I have to wait until he’s home to fly to the west coast to see his family for Christmas. His family doesn’t know about my ptsd and eating disorder. It’s just like last year... and the year before that... when I got off of deployment from the Reagan, I gained so much weight. We always pulled back in homeport around the holidays. Oh. I forgot to mention...His father is a chef. Like. Come on.
HIS LIFE REVOLVES AROUND FOOD.
I KNOW he’s gonna be cooking some good food when we get there... I can’t stop thinking about the calories and carbs and fat. I’m having bad anxiety about it. It’s like, I can’t be rude and not eat his food.
(keep in mind this is MY phone, MY personal journal for MY journey, I don’t need anyone to try and lecture me about my diagnoses. if you don’t like it just ignore it or if possible block me)

I did very good today, only ate about 400 calories and kept the carbs and fat low. Tonight I will do more abs and try to get that thigh gap. I actually got out of my division’s luncheon thing luckily

I did somewhat okay today, I was a little over 500 calories today. 522 to be exact. But I kept my carbs lower so that’s good. I did abs this evening and now I will rest. I am nervous about tomorrow, my division has a luncheon and I don’t want to be rude. I know it will be swarming with calories and carbs and fats. Perhaps I will slip away into the shadows
