I am 50 something..proudly. I am a wife, mom (grown kids), grandmother, Cat Mom, Dog Mom, working full time..all of this can sometimes make me forget that I am a person.
As a person, I am struggling with some health issues that I would like to focus on managing. It's very important that I do this because as I age, it won't get any easier. I want to age healthy, be fit, mobile and strong.
