Losing weight is so much easier to do when you have other things in life to focus on besides food. Knowing that I have surgery coming up on the 3rd is really tipping my anxiety over the edge, not to mention that I actually have someone on my mind that I can’t stop thinking about… Which wasn’t supposed to happen, but whatever. I’m happy.

I can’t say I’ve been faithful to the raw/vegan way 100%, but I’ve been close, and I haven’t really been hungry due to afore mentioned stressors. I’m usually a stress eater, but when it gets out of hand, I swing completely the opposite way. Not to mention that I get plenty of nutrients out of my “45-minute salad” because it includes every veggie known to man. When you get enough micronutrients, your body doesn’t call for as many macronutrients. Despite being the most chronically overweight nation in the world, America is actually quite poorly nourished. I’m not trying to sound like I’m better than anyone, here, or that I know better than you do, just sharing what I do know. No high horse for me. I’m just as chubby and malnourished as anyone right now.
