Absolutely killing it. After a good, solid month of depression and going back up to 229lbs, I decided that enough was enough, and it was back to 100% raw, vegan, clean eating. I've also been doing a bunch of the Purium products, supplements and protein shakes. I feel like they have really helped keep me on track.

I've also been making sure that I get a minimum of 12,000 steps a day, and doing yoga twice a day. I'm making a lot of personal changes in my life, even just in little ways. Getting a haircut on Friday, took out my gauges so my ears can heal, using my neti pot daily, and ear drops every couple weeks. A lot of self-care stuff disappeared in the last 6 years, and I'm re-learning how to be an individual again after taking care of children, and a partner who didn't pull his weight.

Things are really looking up, and the numbers on the scale are GOING DOWN!
