I'm buckling down now that I have a couple of really heavy people out of my life. I feel like I'm "starting over" at 190, and I'll tell ya, starting over at 190 is a lot better than starting over at 230 like I did this same time last year. Yes, I've lost 40 pounds this year. I have much to be proud of.
