I am starting this weight loss journey today. My goal is to reach 185 pounds. I am not going to rush my weight loss because of other medical conditions. I am hopeful that I will be able to reach my targeted weight loss by year's end.

I have lost little weight. I found out that my second rotator cup surgery didn't go well. Now the doctor want to do a shoulder replacement surgery. I have a lot of thinking to do. In the meantime I am still trying to lose weight amidst this pain. Still in a arm doing it is very uncomfortable. Keep praying for me. I will get to my weight goal and rejoice when this arm business is over. Have a blessed day evryone. 😫 Feeling blue.

I have been on a roller coaster journey. I will be starting my physical therapy on my rotator cup Monday April 15, 2019. I bought a home this past week and all three of my boys are working and have been in the home purchase a first for all of us. We now are in transition from moving from the poverty level to better income and a better life. I still have to go through other issues back and eye surgery but hey, that's okay. Middle age and young men ages 22, 23, and 24 and owning our own home. I may not have eaten those sweets (nerves and stress) but I went to the doctor's office yesterday and the weight did not gain back in my hips, legs or lower abdomen. My BMI is lower than it was at the beginning, blood pressure is great, and I am back taking strides when I take my walks which are 4 times a day. Not bad for a lady with COPD. Thanks for everyone support even though I haven't reported in a while. I was difficult typing or doing much of anything with the sling on my left arm which was officially taken off today! Yeah! Again thanks and here's to a continued successful journey for my self and everyone else. God Bless because in the end he is the one who deserves the glory.

Since I had my surgery and last weigh in I lost 9 lbs. I wasn't dieting I guess with this pain I have not been eating as much. Still in a lot of pain Ugh! Someone help me! Having surgery on my rotator cup is no joke. Continue to pray that I get better, everyone. Thanks and much love!

My weight is not going as planned. I have a torn rotor cup and I have been in therapy for the last 4 weeks. i have to leave this week for my residency in Arizona on 8/27.18. Then return home for my surgery on my arm. I have been feeling down and I have not been walking or paying much attention to my eating habits. I will get back on track once I come back from GCU and have my surgery. With therapy and pain free, I should lose a tremendous amount of weight before the Fall season begins. Wish me luck!
