Crazy Diet Fads
I totally crave for something real good food that are out on my menu now since I'm on a strict diet. But, I still have those low carb menu that are palatable and nutritious. Gotta focus on my Diet Plan to keep track on my goals.

Yeah, I agree its really hard to stick with our goals and discipline our selves with the choices of food we will going to eat in a certain meal. I also been there, hard to manage my diet and usually crave for more sweets. But, when I joined a forum, I was somehow enlightened with all the posts of the members. I was then more inspired to focus on my diet. I know its for my health as well.

My Doctor is annoying
You may consider having a second opinion. There are really doctors who would push you through your limits and will very frank at you not realizing what would you feel after all their blaming's and reasoning's.

A week in...Low carb and no sugar
Consistency and self-discipline are the key factors in maintaining or somehow lose more of your weight. The fact that you are on your way of having a healthy lifestyle through keeping up with your diet, then you must stick with it. Great job though with your low carb diet. Seems very helpful Diet Plan.
