Type II Diabetic that is a staunch believer in preventing, arresting and reversing of the top killers of people who are frequently partaking of the standard American way of eating. Managed to lose weight, get quality sleep, become far more energetic and active during the first COVID-19 lockdown , but I find myself struggling and eating animal products far more frequently than is recommended in a Whole-Food, Plant-Based lifestyle. As a result of falling back into unhealthy food and lifestyle choices, I am back on meds.
