Carbohydrates
A nutritionist once told me about 45 carbs a meal to lose weight. So start keeping track of your intake and cut back on meals that go past that 45. After you figure out which foods are better for your meals you’ll discover the 45 carbs per meal are 30 carbs. Now I rarely go past 100 carbs per day. Hang in there!

Forcing Synchronisation with Fitbit
Same issue here with the syncing. A stretch of days it works great then it won’t sync. Wish someone would figure out what the problem is.
