Goat Cheese

On toasted bread, I put a slice of goat cheese (chèvre), and then in the oven just so the cheese starts to smelt. When I take it out of the oven I pour a tsp liquid honey on top. Yummy!!!

Start walking tomorrow
Walking is a good start. Just take 15-30 minutes to walk around some blocks or up and down in the park.
Be sure to have good shoes.
