ONLY DID FITNESS TEST YESTERDAY SO A 1 LBS WEIGHT GAIN IS KIND OF EXPECTED. MY NEW FITNESS PLAN STARTS TODAY. HOPEFULLY THE INCHES DROP EVEN IF THE WEIGHT DOES NOT. BUILDING MUSCLE WILL INCREASE WEIGHT, BUT DROPPING INCHES SHOWS PROGRESS.
I FEEL SORE ACROSS MY UPPER BODY AND A BIT IN THE ABS AND BUM FROM THE FIT TEST. SO I CAN TELL I PUT FORTH MAXIMUM EFFORT. IT ALSO TELLS ME I WAS NOT WORKING OUT HARD ENOUGH ON MY PREVIOUS PLAN. THAT MAY EXPLAIN WHY I WAS STAGNANT IN THE FITNESS.
I finished all of my "junk" food and went shopping today. Love PayDay. I opted to avoid ready made food and got lots of fruit/veggies I plan to eat raw. I still got yogurt, because when I get a sweet craving I can pretend it's pudding.
I drank all my recommended water, but I am still over my recommended daily intake. But I finally feel full today.
Work out was Darebee Foundation Day 1, Level 2. I still feel a little tight from yesterday's fitness test but I feel a little better after my workout. I am thinking of adding Qigong work out as well.
