2023 Year End Evaluation:🏁✅

January start weight: 132.8 lbs./60.2kg, BMI: 22.1%
December end weight: 118.4 lbs./53.7kg, BMI: 19.7%
Goal weight: 115.0 lbs./52.1kg, BMI: 19.1%

And so we grade! Weight loss I'm giving myself an A- because I didn't make goal, but I did end the year with a decent dent, and only have 3.4 pounds to go. Last year I gained(!) weight, and I gave myself an F, so 2023 was more productive and focused. I'm strong from all the strength training and daily cardio, my blood work is great and I don't require meds or even vitamins. I fit back into 95% of my thin clothes, which was the main goal of losing all that fat.

Success this year was from sticking to my WFPB diet and doing regular cardio that I truly enjoy (dancing, swimming, hiking/walking, Pilates and yoga).

I'm starting on my New Year's resolutions now.✨🎇🎉🎈

First up, I've accepted a new job and start January 2nd. It's walking distance from the GF's home and is a niche boutique firm -- a chance for me to learn so much more.

I'm treating myself to an annual zoo membership so that I can spend my lunchbreaks animal watching and walking some hills. Also going to switch my yoga and Pilates studios to ones near the new office. Counting on January specials to try out a few. Weekends are earmarked for swimming at the BFF's and hiking.

Still have 3 more pounds till goal, and will crush those before my birthday in March.

This year was definitely more productive on the weight loss & health front than 2022. I like having goals and am open to suggestions on new activities to train for. (One idea is to learn how to country line dance.💃🏻)

Just feeling restless.
