Gaining weight again
I notice that the moment I let my guard down and loosen by carb eating habits, even for a weekend, my weight can jump up as much as 5lbs! But your body is pretty amazing, I start just watching what I eat again, and its off in no time. Water and flushing your system is a huge must do as well. When i drink allot of water, I dont crave the carbs. The key is monitoring...
