Hey, just wanted everyone to check out my new challenge. I am over 50 and hate my large belly. I have tried many diets and exercise but I have steadily increased my weight each year. But I started two days ago eliminating corn, dairy, eggs, gluten, peanuts, soy, and sugar. I also drink 8 oz. Of Kombucha tea a day as well as other healthy foods. I'm not craving like other diets and have lost 4 pounds. The foods Eliminated are foods common to allergies. Healthy probiotics help heal the digestive system.

Belly fat over 50
I'm having same problem. My doctor advised me to eliminate common allergic foods for 21 days. Check out my challenge called 21 day fit. I started 2 days ago and have lost 4 Pounds and feel great. I started the challenge to help women like me, but I think it would help anyone. Smile
