51.9kg-16 June(16th June is two days away and am currently 53.8 so i need to adjust this goals!) 53.5kg-16 June DONE! 52.7 on 20th June
49.5kg-30 June revised to 51.5kg-30 June 52kg on 30th June, 53.5kg 5 July
47.2kg-16 July revised to 48.5kg-16 July revised to 51.5
45.0kg-31 July revised to 46.5kg-31 July revised to 49.5
What not to eat:
Potatoes-any form boiled, fried, mashed etc AVOID!
Beef-chinese, fried, mutura,any form
Cheese-grated, on Pizza,
Fried Eggs
Pasta
Nyama choma
Chicken wings
Hamburger
Galitos chicken
Wine
Beer
Lentils
Fried rice(Pilau)
samosa
meat/chicken pie or any sort of pies
cake-including banana cake!!!
chocolate-including kit kat crunchy chocolate!!!!!
What to eat:
Breakfast-yogurt, brown bread, coffee, boiled egg,porridge etc
Lunch-fruit salad,
Dinner-Liver,peas,githeri,beans,garden salan with light greek salad dressing,stir fried veggies etc
Snacks-roasted peanuts, cashew nuts (max 25g at a go)
After hitting,no scratch that, breaking my 16 June 53.5 goal and weighing 52.7, I got too excited and went all out to eat all the wrong things over the weekend!I bet i've gained a few pounds as a result and am even scared to weigh myself. But from today "21 June", i shall embark on sticking to my diet(as listed above) and will for sure meet my next target "51.5kg on 30 June" which is 9 days away!! So help me God!
