My name is Joshua Comeaux I live in Calera, Alabama. In February 2008 I found out I was 391 lbs, I started going to Bartrics of Alabama for about six months. They put me on a 6 meal and 900 calorie a day diet. I ended up losing about 60lbs by April and in June I got married. We fought constantly and didnt' get along at all, so I was running in my neighborhood alot and working out a ton. I ended up getting down to 260 pounds. Which is a good weight for me I think because I am 6'3". We separated and divorced. Well in July started dating a wonderful woman but I gained about 50lbs. I was at 315lbs on monday (1/4/2010) morning. So I started the diet again. I am eating 6 meals a day. Breakfast No sugar oatmeal maple and brown sugar, 2 hours later Fiber One Bar, lunch Smart One meals. (Winn Dixie is running a sale 5 for 10 bucks), 2 o'clock snack fiber one bar. After work I go to the gym, and after the gym I drank an protein shake and had cereal last night Special K Blueberry w/Skim milk. I am staying under 1200 calories a day. I drink about 100oz. of water a day also. This diet you do not get hungry I promise. I am a coon ass from louisiana so I love to eat and cook. So that is the only tough part about the whole thing.
