I am a Christian and my name is John, a male, father of three men, married for 52 years as of this year 2020. I have struggled with my weight all my life, my best weight was when I was a teenager at about 180 lbs, I was very active then. I would like to be about 5 lbs less than that now because of my age, which means that I have to lose about 98 lbs, I am going to round that off to 100 lbs. My weight loss goal begins today, August 01, 2020, please pray for me.
