My Trip to Spain
Hey all, I recently went on a trip all around Spain and I've got to share with you the best of getting out of Monaco for a bit and enjoying the other side of the Med.
Spain has some of the best weather in the Mediterranean. Whether it’s the cities of Alicante, Valencia or Almeria the weather year round cannot be beaten. Even the low months offer great climate and little in the form of rain, in fact most ex-pats living in Spain prefer the low seasons as the tourist numbers drop. Leaving the coastal towns free and more relaxed than in the summer months.
Healthful and rustic. The Spanish diet consists largely of rice and other grains, cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables. Seafood is the primary source of protein all topped with healthy doses of olive oil. Red wine is a favorite in the Spanish diet as the country boasts some of the best vineyards in the world. While

, take advantage of the good eats in Iberia. I would highly recommend learning a few Spanish recipes. Adding these recipes is a great way to enjoy healthy food, without sacrificing flavor at all. Spanish Olive oil is the best!

Spain is a country renowned for its geographic and cultural diversity. With the mediterranean plains of Andalucia or the lush greenery of Galicia, or the mountainous heights of the Pyrenees, Spain’s beautiful geography fits all tastes. Regional languages are spoken as well as Castilian in Catalonia, Basque country, and Galicia giving each region its own unique flair. Catalan is the primary language spoken in Barcelona and the wonderful Mediterrean island resorts of the Balearic Islands. The Basque country is in the middle of the Pyrenees mountains that share a border with France.
