So, I realize that I am gonna look like a blood hound for a bit after losing 45 pounds (and Still going) But does anyone know how to get rid of "Man Boobs" faster? I know its dumb, but it bugs me. Its bad enough that I look like a pear skin filled with mashed potatoes, but the boobs gotta go. FYI, my legs are good, I am just a pear shaped guy!

How can I get motivated to work out every day?
For me it helps to change things up. My local gym offers a wide varity of different classes. I try new things every once in awhile. It works for me.
