Hi! My name is Joanina. I lost 5 lbs this month I have 51 to go. I am trying to be I powered about what I eat and take control of my eating by making weekly and daily goals . I have made some life style changes by keeping my mind on other things besids eating. I am starting a new job and keeping my old one as we'll and I hope to be able to eat better as I become more selective.
