I am 53, I have slowly gained 40 pounds since I was 45. I have noticed the older I get the harder it is to lose weight. The one thing I have found to work is to be more active ( a lot more active). I have also realized that I can't eat after 6:00 pm. I would like to lose 45 pounds, I am a carb lover so this will not be an easy thing to do.
