I have always been small, until I had a health-related issue that was abnormal & the doctor's tested steroids on me and it didn't do anything but slow down my metabolism & I gained weight. Now I'm trying to get the pounds back off & go back to my 125-135lbs I was at before. It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change. I was able to eat whatever before my metabolism slowed down, so now i need to be active. I was someone who didn't have to try to lose weight so I guess it's not going to be SO easy. I sit at a desk all day, granted you burn calories moving around that makes it harder so when I get home my minimum walking/running is supposed to be 30 minutes & then lifting to get tone & sit ups, etc. No diets here, though! Really everyone should consider it lifestyle change whereas a diet does eventually end..
My biggest weakness is giving in when my husband says, "mmm pizza sounds good". lol or something along those lines...but I've come to say, "hey can you eat that ice cream in the kitchen" so I don't see and decide I want. It's a step up...
