healthy fat suggestions
Within the ww plan you should be eating/using 2tsp of oil EVERYDAY.

From the 8 Healthy guidelines:

Have some healthy oil (olive, canola, safflower, sunflower, or flaxseed) each day. This habit ensures that you get the essential fatty acids and vit. E that your body needs. Use the oil on salads, in cooking, or as an ingredient in a mixed dish.

Grapeseed oil is certainly healthy, but it doesn't count as a serving nor unfortunately do nuts.

Because on weight watchers most people DO eat so clean and healthy, they aren't getting enough fats in their diet. Try out a website such as fitday.com or sparkpeople.com to track your meals for a day or two to see what you're missing.

http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/past-amazing-posts/332315-ww-core-food-list.html

Here's a great link to the core foods list.

Basically core is lean meats, fruits, veggies and ff milk products (with some exceptions) I often google "core weight watcher recipes" and you'll be amazed with what you can find! If you have any questions ask away!
