I find when i drink sodas i crave something salty. Then there goes my carb count..But when i drink coffee..i use a little French Vanilla creamer and im good for awhile...dont crave anything.

HELP!! I need a diet buddy to keep me focused!!
I have gained weight through the winter months and i need to get focused and get this weight off. I have liver problems plus an under active thyroid. Any suggestions? Anyone willing to help me keep focused? I work retail and am on my feet 8 hrs a day, so exercise is really hard to get in...HELP!!
