Looking For Vegetarian Recipes
I would like to add this recipe to my cookbook. Could you provide the units of measure? I know you said that there is no real recipe but if you'd just take a guess I'd appreciate that effort.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I usually weigh everyday, unless I get up late and in too much of a rush. I like the reinforcement and it keeps me on track, especially if I have been "bad" and need the extra motivation.
