HELP WITH CALCULATING EXERCISE
I added my exercies today to my journal. I walked 50 min. at 3.0 walk/jogg. I burned 190 cals. do i deduct from my daily calories for the day.

MIM AND FLAXSEED BREAD
Help! I learned from this site about the MIM. Is it the same as Flaxseed Bread? I made it and enjoy it. Didnt make it in a cup. I made it in a pan like I would make cornbread.

My Flaxseed is by Bob's Mill and it has 4g carbs and 4g fiber, so that is 0 carbs, right? So as I eat it I dont count it as added carbs, right? Dont want to over eat it.

Please give me your take on it

green tea
I sip on green tea all day with one packet of turin as a sweetner along with water of coourse. It keeps hunger down and sorry I cant claim that it helps in the weight loss. I certainly hope so.

Help
No problem but it takes a little bit to get use to. I am new at it everytime I go back to it, everyday, I find something new. So I think that is what it might take. Just take sometime with it.

UNSUCCESSFUL DAY
Thanks guys. This is a new day. I started off with a whey portein drink made with water. That was 8:30 about 11 or 12 i'll have a burger with a mix green salad. If I get hurgry in between i plan to have one hard boiled egg. Still not sure about snack, maybe more salad. Dinner fish, veggies. I can do it and will report back. Thanks again for the support love this site. Hope you all have successful day.
