help!
massively dejected.

The past 2 weeks I've only lost 1 pound. 1 measly little pound! i'm feeling like...all this effort and no effect why am I bothering? what am I doing wrong. I exercise every day I'm eating a normal amount. what could I do to do better?

dejected :-(
lost 5lb the first week of my dieting and in spite of doing about the same kind of exercise and feeling as though i even ate a little healthier i only lost 2lb in my second week. it makes me feel like i'm not making the progress i want when it you have to work so hard for so little. I know 2lb a week is a healthy amount but at this rate I wont get anywhere by bikini season. I was really hoping to feel happy wearing one this summer. any ideas to help me get to at least 3lb a week? xxx

how much fat?
hello! i'm actually seriously trying to diet for the first time in my life (long overdue). I feel as though I'm not eating an unhealthy amount, my portion sizes are very controlled and i drink a lot of water. For some reason when I input my food into the diet calender I always have way too much fat. or do I? to lose weight what kind of amount of fat should I be looking to limit myself to in one day? any advice or help would be really appreciated. thanks fellow dieters! xxx
