My name is Jennifer and I am 35 years old. I have been overweight my whole adult life. I have been using this site off and on for the past two years and I recently just started using the site frequently. I am determined to start shedding pounds no matter how long it takes because I want to be healthier and be comfortable in my own skin. I don't plan on being super model thin. Just healthy and comfortable. =)

Diet buddy needed
Soda is a big down fall for me too, but I have noticed I don't crave it as much if I have some carbonated, flavored water around. You can't find it any where and it's a great replacement for that soda. My favorite is the Black Cherry flavor from Wal-Mart.

Staying on track
I think it is ok to fall off the wagon every now and again as long as you get back on it.
