I am 26 years old and I have always been overweight. I remember being on my first diet in grade 3. In my teenage years, I did thin out and weighed 135-140 lbs when I was 15, 16, 17.. (I am 5 ft 8in) I went on to university to become a Registered Nurse and gained weight, up to 180lbs. I got married to my highschool sweetheart in August of 2008. Starting in May of that year I joined LA WeightLoss and lost 20 lbs and felt great. I told myself over and over I did not want to be a fat bride. Here it is 2011 and I have gained all of that weight back again. I quit smoking this past December and quickly gained. I want to lose weight! I am sick of this constant battle and hate what I see in the mirror!

any night shift workers out there??
I also work night shifts 7pm to 7am and find myself eating to stay awake plus drinking lots and lots of coffee. Any tips out there would be greatly appreciated Smile

Can I find recipes on here for LA weight loss that has the protein, starch, veg, fruit, etc....daily amounts listed per portion? I see Weight Watchers has points value recipes, but I cannot find anything for LA weightloss
