I am glad to join this excellent site to try and achieve a massive weight loss. Most of my adult life I have weighed a stable 170lbs but because of heart disease i developed 8 years ago and diabetes I have rocketed to 238 lbs which is totally unhealthy. Most of the weight gain i think has occured from lack of mobility but because of a number of reasons my food habits have gone downhill, am eating lots of bad stuff.
