losing 0.9 lb a week

Got to say, I'm pretty pissed at myself. I went from 270 down to almost 200 lbs last year. I started in January but got burnt out in September and slacked off on my workouts and diet all winter long. Well, the scale is showing my lack of committment. I'm not completely starting over but it sure feels like it. I have regained more than 35 lbs that I had worked so hard to lose. The worst part is that I was only 10 lbs away from my goal weight. So here we go again. Back to the grind. I''m not slacking off this time.

gaining 1.2 lb a week

Threw out my back Monday morning just trying to get ready for work. Getting old sucks. I thought my back issued were behind me now that I am exercising several times a week and I have lost 60 lbs. It doesn't look like I'm going to be able to do any exercise this week now.

I've been slacking this past month or so on my exercise big time. I've mainly stuck to my diet but did have a few days here and there where I just ate and didn't track calories. I made sure to still eat healthy, I just wasn't strict about sticking to set amount of calories. Life just got busy again and the first thing to go was exercise. I''ve seen the scale start to slowly creep back up a few pounds. Enough is enough. I'm getting back into it again starting today. Stuck to my calorie intake so far and putting in a good workout tonight.

I ended up taking a break from my diet and exercise program. I was getting burnt out with tracking calories and all the exercise so I stopped for two weeks. I still ate mainly healthy foods but didn't track calories or exercise except for what I got when out hunting.
I think it did me good. I'm sure I probably put on a few pounds but I started tracking calories today and I'm eager to get home to workout tonight.
