• 2% faje yogurt with some agave
• 1 orange
• 1 cup of water

Lunch @ 12:00pm
• 1 piece of chicken with angel hair pasta
• Spinach with garlic
• 1 gingersnap cookie 
• 1 cup of water

Dinner @ 6:00pm
• Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and tubule
o With balsamic vinaigrette dressing
• 2 hard boiled eggs



Wednesday January 5, 2011

Breakfast @ 8:00am
• 1 cup of coffee with skim milk and 2 sweet n low
• 1 yoplait light yogurt
• 1 banana
• Medium fv hot coffee from DD with milk and 2 sweet n low

Lunch @ 12:30pm
• 1 can of Select Harvest Italian Wedding soup
• Handful of assorted nuts
• Carrots and mustard

Dinner @ 7:00pm
• Fire and Ice - lots of food 
• 1 beer
• 3 glasses of wine
• 1 twisted tea

Breakfast @ 8:00am
• 1 cup of coffee with skim milk and sugar
• 1 yoplait yogurt
• 1 banana
• 1 apple @ 10:30am


Snack @ 12:30pm
• Carrots and mustard
• Peanuts
• 1 bag of sour patch kids

Lunch @ 1:15pm
• 6 inch sub from subway with:
o Turkey
o Cheese
o Lettuce
o Tomatoe
o Pickles
o Olives
o Onions

Dinner @ 7:30pm
• 2 eggs with miracle whip
• Rotisserie chicken
• G2 gatorade


Friday January 7, 2011

Breakfast @ 8:00am
• 1 cup of coffee with skim milk and sugar
• 1 yoplait yogurt
• Blackberries

Lunch @ 2:30pm
• 1 cup of café’s clam chowder

Dinner @ 7:30pm
• Roasted rosemary chicken
• G2 gatorade
• 2 Guinesses
• Some popcorn

Breakfast @ 8:00am
• 1 cup of coffee with skim milk and 2 sweet n low
• 1 yoplait light
• Handful of blackberries
• 1 banana
• 2 handfuls of mixed nuts @ 9:30am
• Water

Snack @ 12:00pm
• Half bag of parmesan fishies
• 1 Bertucci’s roll with butter @ 1:45pm

Lunch @ 3:30pm
• 1 can of Chickarina soup

Gym from 6:30-7:30pm
• Just Cardio

Dinner at 8:00pm
• Spoonful of hummus
• 1 pickle
• Handful of peanuts
• Spoonful of potato salad
• Grape juice
• 2 figs
• 1 candy bar 

Breakfast @ 8:30am
• 1 cup of coffee with skim milk and 2 sweet n low
• 1 banana
• 1 yoplait light yogurt
• Handful of blackberries
• Half a bag of parmesan goldfish @ 9:30am


Lunch @ Noon
• Handful of dry roasted peanuts
• 2 life savors
• Tuna sandwich on:
o Whole wheat bread
o Light mayo w olive oil
o Lettuce
o Tomatoes

Dinner @ 8:00pm
• Grilled chicken salad with
o Romain lettuce
o Green peppers
o Cucumbers
o Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
o Split a bottle of pinot noir with Derek
o 1 guiness
o No gym 

Breakfast @ 11:00am
• Ham, cheese and egg sandwich on 1 piece of wheat bread
• 1 glass of peach juice
• 1 cup of coffee with skim milk and 2 sweet n low

Snack @ 1:00pm
• 1 pickle
• Handful of peanuts
• 2 figs

Lunch/Dinner @ 4:00-8:00pm
• 1 whole buffalo chicken pizza with ranch dressing
• 7 beers
• ½ bag of gummie bears
• ½ bag of watermelon sour patch kids
• No gym 
