Hi all,
If your here reading this Thanks! My name is Jonell. I am 65 years old and my husband is 67. Together we decided to loose our extra weight. We stared on July 16 2012. I weighted 171 and my husband weighted 191. So far he has lost 24 lbs and I have lost 24 with 12 to go. we found this weight loss program and loved how we could be held accountable for what we ate each day. Plus record are work out which I must say we do everyday (don't always want to but we do it any way ).
We are following are own diet and it is working. I have type 2 diabetes since 2008 I have kept it in control with just diet and working out, but I was starting to get lazy. Now that we are doing this life style change my blood test are great, even in the morning I am in the high 80's to low 90's.
My greatest gift is that he and I are doing this together. I am a lucky woman.
