I love to eat, cook, talk about food, read about food, look at pictures of food...you get the picture! I'm a stay-home mom of 5 kids, so being around food all day has helped me get into some very bad habits. I've struggled with weight my whole life and have never been successful with dieting. So, on February 26, 2011 I decided ENOUGH! I'm now making better choices, eating real, whole foods, trying to get rid of the processed junk, stopping soda, drinking LOTS of water, and exercising to lose weight and get rid of some health problems. Looking for support and encouragement along the way. Glad to be here, FS!
