I am Isabela, 33 years old. I started my diet last summer in July 2012 and I had lost 38 pounds already. I have a long way to go but I know I can do this. This year is going to be a great year and I hope to July this year I can loose another 40 pounds. I want to be healthy and that is the main reason I decided to get in shape. Whatever is your reason to loose weight, I hope you do it for yourself and not to please or impress anybody. If you need help look for it and don't do things that can put your health in risk, it is not worth it. I think this is a good way to look for support from others that are in the same situation. I wish a great year and a lot of success to everybody.
