Goodbye Mayo, I'm breaking up with you.
I've started using the little laughing cow cheese wedges on bagels & sandwiches (http://www.thelaughingcow.com/products/light-garlic-original/ for nutrition info but @ 35 calories) because I really like something that feels creamy on my palate. It ain't perfect--I'm also a Hellmann's original devotee--but it suffices.

Exercise music - what are you listening to?
I go classic dance/funk for working out mostly. Bel BIv Devoe always goes on when I'm cleaning house! Grandmaster Flash, too. I guess I'm just a child of the 80's.

Jackson--I hear ya. I'm in a relationship, but am doing the hard work of making sure I am able to really be me within it as I have the bad habit of changing to suit my mate and it hasn't served me well. PM me if you want to chat.

Skewed image of our bodies
On my honeymoon when I was 24, I was about 135 and thought I was soooo fat. I look at those pictures now and can't believe I thought that!

I'd be thrilled with 145 now.

Confession Time...what's your secret?!?!?!?
I'd be lying if I said it isn't partly about what I look like. Although I'm mostly comfortable with my body as long as my clothes fit me, when I see myself in a photo I can't believe it's how I look. I guess my perception of what I look like, even looking in the mirror is different than what I actually look like. Delusion is bliss, I guess.

I actually feel stronger now than I did when I was skinny. Isn't that crazy? I guess because when I was skinny I always felt sick, because a lot of the skinniness was from health issues. Of course now some of the weight is from health issues too, and causing some to boot.

So, ultimately, I want to feel strong and healthy. I don't need to be 120 like when I was in high school, but nearly 180 is too heavy for me and causing sleep apnea and acid reflux. I like that I will like myself in pictures again, but I think I really just want to be the best me which I think is around 140-145 lbs.
