Hi there
Does anyone on the forum have these conditions and has anyone actually beat it, if so, what did you actually eat on a day? I have got the list of foods to avoid "Fodmaps" but am actually looking for someone I can talk to who has experienced it first hand. Basically SIBO means small intestine bacterial overgrowth so the bacteria in your lower gut enter the upper intestine where they shouldn't be. Gotta kinda starve them so they go back to where they belong. Tough diet wise. Combines with irritable bowel syndrome. It was so bad and the pain was so radical my family was expecting me to get a diagnosis of colon cancer. Blessedly not, but I'd rather just eat right and beat it. It stops you losing weight too and explains a lot of niggles I have like restless legs and so on. Anyone got experience with this? Thank you, Imogen Smile
