Thank you, again, everyone! It really is me who needs to do the changing. I know how and what to eat, it's just a matter of doing it. Thankfully, I will be going to a doctor soon, who should clear me for returning to regular exercise (I have an issue with my nervous system), which will also help. It's great to have so much support! I hope that once I get on track I can be helpful to all of you!

Needing Support
Hi everyone! I have been using FatSecret off and on for about a year, now. I haven't lost anything. This is my situation: I am 25, almost 350 pounds, and it is impacting my life dramatically, so before having to resort to bypass surgery, I need to do whatever I can to take the weight off, myself. I am reaching out to anyone who can relate! And I welcome anyone else who I can help to support, as well!
