Have you been to a hotel gym lately? lots of those people don't look like gym rats either. Just go and workout, you may be an inspiration to someone else.

Habits I've noticed from my "naturally skinny" friends
I think it's sorcery, plain and simple! I am the "naturally" beefy person. I "naturally" eat ALL of it. That's my favorite portion size. I thank God every day that I'm a Type 1 diabetic and have been forced to curb my appetite, or heaven only knows how big I could get.

DIABETES TYPE 2
I'm a type 1, but the disease process is the same. I just have to buy my insulin. I have found that the more processed the food, the greater the impact on my blood sugar readings. For years I hardly ate any fruit, then I backed off from bread, pasta and other processed complex carbohydrates and began adding fresh fruit to my diet. I don't have spikes and I don't have highs that take forever to bring down. I have found all rice to be deadly! Lots of trial and error. Good Luck!

I want to be ready...
Here goes! Trying to lose the Covid 10 and not my mind at the same time. I had slow but sure success on another pointy program, but got sidetracked last December and rode that bus until now. Rode that bus straight to my pantry after making stops at the fridge. Holidays and Covid provided me with the perfect excuses to just do what I wanted- EAT! well, here's to better days ahead with proper focus.
