I have been a bit lazy lately with logging in. My meal times changed as I took on a part time job that gets me up at 2:45 am on the week days and 3:45 on Saturday and Sunday. I am still looking for FT work M-F 9-5. I need to find a new balance with my daily schedule ... the gym is still consistent with the classes I attend (I refuse to give up my MMA).

My older son turned 27 a few days ago and I ate too many of the wrong foods (I ate smaller portions than suggested serving - one coconut onion ring, pizza slice, cake and ice cream), which in turn retaliated the following day. The strange part about it all is that I did not even enjoy those foods. Well, the pizza was good and thin crust squares. In any case, I believe the loss in pounds is due to my system rejecting my poor choice in foods - too many poor choices at once.

Back on track today, but I won't be able to log accurately, as I made a chicken salad concoction for lunch using some left over foods (in particular a broccoli salad purchased from the deli).

... ok, I am just babbling today.

Well, it's been a while since I last logged into myFatsecret, so changes need to be recorded:
1.) Started working out at FLO Fitness (FLOmma) in August 2014 - I finally found the exercise that works for me and love, love, love it. Classes are M-F at 5:45 pm with the exception of Tuesday (6:30 pm), as well as Saturday at 11:00 am, and they are different each day including Strength and Conditioning, Cardio Kickboxing (includes all boxing techniques and abs workout), Boxing, and Kicks and Abs (this is a combo of kickboxing and abs workout). Classes are 45 minutes - Saturday 1 hour.
2.) Was laid off from Hayes (June 2014) - Attunity purchased Hayes in Dec 2013 and moved the majority of operations to Israel.
3.) Began working part-time for a local supermarket 4 days a week - 4am-8am.
4.) Still looking for full time work - Praying to land a full time job close to home, hoping to keep the part-time supermarket job.

My migraines returned sometime in August, so beginning this month (Oct 2014) Coach Ryan has suggested I keep a daily log of my foods (Cal/Carb/Fat/Prot) for one month to help me locate my problem area. I know, I know, I should be keeping a log anyways, but life gets so crazy sometimes and I tend to slack off ... back at it as of last week. I use myfitness pal but think it is off somehow, so I am back to this site to see if I can track my carbs/prot/fats better. I am not so worried about the calories if these areas are in check.

I have lost inches and am down two pant/dress sizes; however, the weight loss has been minimal at 10-15 pounds (I bounced up and down 5 pounds).

So, there you have it ... updated for now ...
