QUICK QUESTION.
Yes it works excellent. I've read countless studies where groups that wrote down what they were going to eat before they ate it, lost more weight. It sure is working for me.

Help
Sounds like your body has gotten used to the routine. You have reached a plateau & need to change it up. Try speeding it up & then slowing down. This will challenge your body.

Kudos for taking a step in the right direction! Like others say, just take it slow & one day at a time. You will see changes & you CAN DO IT!!!

exercise calendar
There's a drop down you can use for various activities & once you select one, it will let you choose the duration. You'll see that resting is the biggest category, so you kind of take everything off that.

Did you click on the "add item" & then type in what you're looking for? That should do it.
