Had a good day today. Had a protein shake for breakfast baked haddock for lunch and veggies. Have not had super yet. Not that hungry tonight for some reason.

Hey y'all hope everyone is having a good day. I think I'm going to try the paleo diet. Iv been hearing so much about it. Hope it works. I have to do a little research because I'm not sure what to eat. Can anybody give me any suggestions?

This morning another 16 hour day at work. Don't think I will be going to the gym. To tired today. Had a high protein drink for breakfast with chi seeds in it. It fills you up. Hope y'all have a good day.

Well today I work 16 hours and decided to go to the gym after work for an hour. I get up at 4am to get ready for work and start work at 6am and work till 10 pm. I do that 3 days a week and work every other weekend. I am dedicated to my job. Hope y'all have a good night.
