How do I remain motivated?
I have the hardest time getting past the 10 pound mark. I do really good & lose about 10 pounds, but then something always happens like a big event or crazy holiday planning & I get confident about the loss & don't take it as seriously. I am determined to proceed this time! If anyone knows any extra tips on staying motivated or getting big results, I'd appreciate hearing about it!
