Counting Carbs or Calories? What works for you?
I count carbs. I have found that MOST of the time if the carbs are low the calories are too. But it has to be what works for you. What works for me just might not work the same for you.

Low sex drive, is this due to PCOS?
I am 35 and was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 16. PCOS does affect your sex drive. I had a hysterectomy when I was 30 and since then my sex drive has increased somewhat. I had lost (previously) 60 pounds and my sex drive was 100% better. Then I got lazy and stopped dieting and gained some of it back. My advice is to lose the weight, it will make you feel better about yourself but there will always be a struggle with PCOS. Its not an easy condition to live with. Good luck and I know you can do it!!
