Hi! I'm 18 and just getting through my freshman year of college. I am trying to lose the freshman 15 instead of gaining it! Ha! I have a hard time getting to the gym consistently because of school, and I work about 4-5 nights a week at The Bonefish Grill. Of Course, a restaurant. I'm a sucker for chocolate, and my favorite food is pasta. But, I also love fruit. I'm not that great at drinking water either, I prefer coffee. :) I am getting better at drinking water and only bring that with me to school. I really want to get down to 115 or 110 before or during summer, and keep it off and stay healthy.
